The IDM-VDA4200 Series 4-Channel Video Optical Multiplexer is a compact multi-service optical multiplexer developed by Beijing Ruiguang Jiyuan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Raytrans). Deployed between surveillance sites and the surveillance center, it is used in pairs with a transmitter and a receiver to deliver the unidirectional video from 4 cameras, together with data and audio services, to the remote end for restoration and output. The IDM-VDA4200 Series simultaneously carries 4 channels of unidirectional video, data, audio and Ethernet services over a single optical fiber, replacing long-distance coaxial cable solutions. The product is commonly used in security surveillance optical fiber transmission solutions where sites such as industrial park entrances, underground garages, road intersections, substations and plant perimeters are scattered and hundreds of meters to several kilometers away from the surveillance center.
